The Cryo Massage Ball reduces inflammation and swelling while stimulating blood circulation and strengthening the immune system. It provides an energy boost, supports better sleep, and can aid in faster recovery after medical procedures. This tool can also help relieve symptoms of psoriasis, eczema, fibromyalgia, MS, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn’s disease, and may alleviate migraine, chronic fatigue, stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety while supporting hormonal balance.
After use, the skin appears radiant and under-eye circles are less visible. The Cryo Ball stimulates circulation in the skin, causing blood vessels to contract and send oxygen-rich, nutrient-filled blood to the skin for a natural glow. It may help reduce inflammation and enhances the absorption of active ingredients in your skincare products. The cold temperature restricts capillaries, creating a gentle “pull” effect that helps remove toxins and reduce the appearance of fatigue.

Usage Tips
This simple rubber mold can be filled with water under the tap. Place it in the freezer, and after a few hours, the ice ball is ready to use on your face.
Assemble the two parts of the mold, run a thin stream of water to fill the ball, and place it in the freezer. Once fully frozen, you can begin.
Start by cleansing your skin and applying a serum or toner. Place a plastic or reusable bag over the ice ball to protect your skin, as direct contact with ice for too long can cause irritation.
Move the ice ball continuously over your face: 5 seconds on each cheek, left and right forehead, over the nose, and across the mouth and chin area for 5 seconds. Make sure the ice ball is always in motion. Follow this pattern for approximately 2–3 minutes. Pat your face dry and then apply your day or night skincare.
To reduce a blemish, always keep a protective bag around the ice ball. Gently press the ice ball on the blemish for 1 second, release, and repeat several times. Swelling will decrease.
