Returns

Not completely satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt. Returns are only accepted after prior approval by email.

Conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
  
  
• Any free gifts included with the order must also be returned unopened and undamaged.
  
  
• A return request must first be submitted by email to info@kbeautyceare.eu, including your order number and reason for return.
  
  
• After approval, you will receive a return label by email.
  
  
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
  
  
• The return will be processed within 2 to 4 business days after receipt.
  
  
• After approval, the purchase amount excluding original shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note that Kbeautycare reserves the right to refuse or return shipments if:

• The return does not meet the stated conditions.
  
• The items are not properly packaged.
  
• No prior approval has been given.

Hygiene and Safety

Our products are hygienically packaged. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
